You will learn different models, theories and therapeutic techniques from three perspectives: psychodynamic, humanistic and systemic. You will gain new understandings about consciousness, emotional management and best practices in the field of integrative-holistic interventions.

You will understand the fundamental aspects of the connection between nutrition, exercise and sleep in order to have a more positive outlook on life, integral wellbeing and a better adaptation to the processes of change.

You will understand the importance of intervening in the spiritual dimension, to learn to live in the direction of the purpose of life, understanding certain values and with the awareness of our relationship with the transcendent, with others, with the earth and with all living beings.

The therapist will be able to work from different disciplinary and interdisciplinary areas, achieving a holistic view of the human being and well-being.
They will expand their toolbox with respect to 3 approaches of psychological intervention, going through 4 dimensions of the human being, for the management of change in an instrospective way.
